QUALITY POLICY
Quality Metalcraft, Inc. is a high-tech primary automotive supplier that specializes in producing metal stampings, fabricated parts, prototypes and products, processes and services at a quick to market pace to our customers. We accomplish this by operating to meet the ISO/TS 16949 Quality Management System. Our QMS system will provide the framework for continual improvement in areas defined below:

- Customer Satisfaction
- Achieve commitments for Cost, and Timing.
- Involvement in advanced process design, and process development.
Our objectives shall be reviewed annually for their suitability to the organization, and communicated throughout the organization so that employees at all levels understand the commitments made in it.
